Currently, the Deaf make up approximately 1% of the population. Though that percentage may appear small, it translates to approximately 76 MILLION people around the world.
The heartbreaking truth is the Deaf are often rejected, neglected, and abused in their own homes and villages. Many are uneducated, underdeveloped, and made to feel invisible within the only community they’ve ever known.
International Christian Centers for the Deaf (ICCD) is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of Deaf children and adults. Their mission is to build strong relationships, educate, and share the word of God among the Deaf in developing countries.
ICCD helps by:
- Educating the Deaf in reading, writing, and language to a 5th grade level
- Integrating the Deaf into society and helping to secure jobs that will allow them to provide for themselves and their families
- Partnering with local churches to develop programs and services for the Deaf
All donations go directly to ICCD and are tax deductible!
Asen has recently partnered with ICCD to help make a difference. We’re donating just under $20,000 worth of marketing services to help spread the word about their mission and drive donations. Unfortunately, our funds only cover so much.
We’ve decided to open this campaign up to our clients and friends in hopes that some will extend a helping hand— because we all need a little help sometimes! But we want to make one thing clear… this would be a voluntary donation! We don’t want anyone to feel coerced, obligated, or expected to donate.

Ongoing Digital Campaign
As part of our donated services, Asen will be setting up a Facebook advertising campaign for ICCD. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the monthly Ad Spend that is billed directly to ICCD from Facebook. Because it can be difficult to find continuous donors, Asen will use any additional donations past the $500 mark to cover this. We’ve recommended a monthly Ad Spend of $1,000 (minimum) to start, so reaching our goal would help increase awareness of ICCD and drive donations for up to 4.5 months! This gives the ICCD team time to secure future funds and keep the campaign going.
