When Loco Burro decided to bring a second location to West Knoxville, there were some key differences between the new location and the previously-established Gatlinburg one. A popular tourism destination, restaurants in Gatlinburg cater primarily to visitors (with a secondary focus on reaching locals). Loco Burro’s Knoxville location needed to reach both audiences without losing sight of their overall goal: Creating a fun, festive experience for every customer alike.
In partnership with the Kennedy Concepts team, Asen set out to enhance the brand and create a Knoxville restaurant space that not only met their goal, but also keeps customers coming back.
In addition to marketing to both locals and tourists, Loco Burro’s new Knoxville location faced another key challenge: marketing in a highly competitive area and industry. With many nearby options for foodies to choose from, Asen knew it was critical that Loco Burro stands out as more than just a place to eat… It needs to offer every customer a memorable experience.
We worked to create custom interior artwork, flashy exterior signage, creative menu designs, and more for this vibrant, fun brand!
The WOW Factor
For restaurant spaces, we understand the importance of creating an experience from the inside-out—meaning the interior atmosphere, exterior appearance, and the brand’s online presence all need to be consistently fun and festive. Asen was up for the task. In collaboration with our network of photographers and videographers, as well as Kennedy Concepts’s architects and interior designers, all teams came together to create an interactive experience that transcends mediums.
Custom interior artwork, flashy exterior signage, creative menu and gift card designs, and post-worthy photo areas all work together to add a special flare to this restaurant space. But designing for stand-out spaces is only half the job. The other half is showcasing Loco Burro’s unique features in an exciting way.
A Show-Stopping Brand Identity
After working with Kennedy Concepts on their own online presence as a parent company, their team knew Asen was the partner to bring Loco Burro Knoxville to life—offline and online. In addition to working with a wide network on their physical presence, we helped curate an entire branding package that continues to leave a lasting impression on customers.
From the initial logo design and menu strategy to savory photos and custom videos, we did it all while showcasing some of their most unique selling points, including donkey rides, table-side menu items, festive cocktails, and a stunning rooftop fireplace. When it comes to showing off this vibrant brand in their marketing, let’s just say no feature was left behind!
