Arcadia + Slice Big Wins for a Tourism Brand
Arcadia is Gatlinburg’s largest arcade, offering 200+ games, a massive prize center, and good eats at their on-site Slice Pizzeria. With Asen’s help, the brand leveled up its look, energized its website, and created bold content that captures the fun, high-energy experience for both locals and tourists — positioning Arcadia as a must-visit entertainment destination.
The Brief
As a leader in Gatlinburg’s entertainment and tourism market, Arcadia wanted to boost awareness, strengthen its image, and increase both in-person and online sales. While the arcade experience was already packed with excitement, its brand presence and digital footprint needed to match that energy.
Our goal was to build a foundation that could spark excitement before guests ever stepped inside, capturing the same high-energy fun online that they’d find on the game floor. This meant refreshing key branding elements, designing a modern website, and creating vibrant, engaging content that showcases Arcadia’s playful experience, prizes, and in-house pizzeria in a cohesive, inviting way.


The Solution
Our work with Arcadia centered on refreshing their brand identity and creating high-impact content to match the excitement of their arcade experience. We began with a logo update, preserving recognizable elements while adding brighter colors and modern typography for a bolder, more memorable look.
From there, we developed a fun, user-friendly website to bring Arcadia’s big personality online and make it easier for guests to explore the experience while planning a trip to Gatlinburg. To showcase Arcadia's energy, we produced a short hype video and a collection of custom photography featuring real guests in action — winning prizes, enjoying games, and digging into oversized slices with loved ones.
To extend the impact, we supported Arcadia with select marketing efforts, using new sensory-driven content and actionable messaging to promote the brand across digital and print materials. These assets provided a consistent, excitement-driven presence that served the brand well beyond the initial launch. The result of this partnership? A stronger, more cohesive brand image that builds anticipation for locals and tourists before they even arrive.
