Joe came to us in 2017 with the goal of increasing food sales and it’s been a heck of a journey since! When Git’N Go came to Asen, it was a brand on the horizon. Joe had done a good amount of groundwork, but was excited to see what we could do to help the brand expand and get the local “food favorite” recognition it deserved.
One thing that’s clear about this brand from the moment you interact with it is Joe’s commitment to the community and the strong Appalachian pride. Every member of the Git’N Go team embraces their roots— and it shows in their customer service.
To highlight the brand’s history and personality, we interjected a whole bunch of humor and some slight Southern sass into the new messaging and advertisements. We love opportunities to get playful with brands, which resulted in big ideas and even bigger results for this brand.
We know the quickest way to someone’s heart is often through their stomach, so we wanted the new, fresh photos to be present in every interaction people had with the brand…
Food photography that’ll make your stomach growl. Our strategy for Git’N Go’s food photography was to make everything look so delicious that customers couldn’t help but place an order. We worked with a crew to produce this result and help the brand drive food sales. Our in-house food stylist partnered with a regionally-admired photographer to create mouthwatering images that appeal to the target market’s cravings.
The Dogs Go Digital
To go along with the new site and high-quality food photos, Git’N Go needed some digital help to reach more potential customers. Digital was incorporated into Git’N Go’s marketing plan in order to reach locals where they are— their phones! Through Facebook ads, we were able to target Anderson County locals and provide them with exclusive promotions they wouldn’t find anywhere else.
With their new digital campaign, came an influx of new customers (as planned).
Luckily, Git’N Go and Asen also partnered on the development of menu boards and kiosk ordering stations that would enhance customer experience, improve workflow, and help prevent overworked kitchen team members. This was especially important because we never want to drive an influx of leads to a brand that isn’t properly equipped to handle it.
With their new boards and kiosks, Git’N Go customers can search for menu items faster than ever and workers can focus their attention on delivering the highest quality food possible.

Serving up style and strategy with a brand new website.
As part of Git’N Go’s enhanced digital plan, our teams also collaborated on the development of a new and improved website.
Now, their team’s website acts as a self-selling sales tool, and continues to be a huge differentiator in their industry. By incorporating a full menu of Git’N Go’s food offerings, Southern-style messaging with an audience-driven tone, and (of course) a strategic path for visitors, it seamlessly appeals to this brand’s hungry, Tennessee-based audience.
Before coming to Asen, Git’N Go had never worked with an advertising agency. Joe and his team were ecstatic to find that, with comprehensive marketing, they were able to drastically improve demand and overall engagement with the Git’N Go brand.
Since their targeted digital campaign began, the team hasn’t been able to wrap their hot dogs and burgers fast enough! The results we generated during our partnership have exceeded expectations for both teams and has proven invaluable in helping the brand grow.
Today, new and returning customers continue to rave about Git’N Go’s vivid new imagery and humorous messaging… along with their delicious food, of course!
