Brookney started at Asen Marketing & Advertising as an intern. Today, she serves as Chief Executive Officer, leading the agency with heart, grit, curiosity, and a deep belief in the power of people.

A longtime “what if?” thinker, Brookney brings energy, strategy, and creativity to every challenge. She is passionate about helping brands outgrow the ordinary through meaningful marketing, clear communication, and strong client partnerships.

As CEO, Brookney helps guide Asen’s vision, support team growth, strengthen client relationships, and carry forward the agency’s people-first approach. She believes in staying humble, asking better questions, listening well, and then getting to work.

Her leadership style is rooted in a simple philosophy: care hard, work hard, have fun, and get it done. Whether she is collaborating with clients, mentoring team members, or connecting with the community, Brookney is focused on helping others succeed.

Outside of Asen, Brookney is usually reenergizing outdoors with her family, working in her garden, exploring with her camera, or soaking up time at a nearby park. She finds joy in simple moments, fresh air, and time spent with the people she loves most.
