Eric Kinder

Developer

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Eric has called Knoxville home since he was two years old. His early exposure to technology and computers through his father’s IT career quickly led to a passion for designing and managing websites.

After graduating from Pellissippi State with a degree in Graphic Design, Eric went on to pursue Software Engineering at App Academy, a full-stack coding bootcamp. He turned his passion for websites into a career where he gets to problem-solve and troubleshoot code issues (or as he sees them, new challenges).

In his free time, you can find Eric cooking, roasting coffee, trying out new spots around town, and making music solo or with friends. That is, when he’s not spending time with his wife, daughter, and their two cats!

Former food truck boss.

Once upon a time, I owned a food truck where we served our own house-made bratwursts to happy customers.

Marches to his own beat.

Very into synthesizers and making music with code. I love the process of blending sound and tech to make something unique.

Livin’ on hops & dreams.

I really enjoy brewing and tasting new beers, and I'm forever on the lookout for a new favorite to enjoy.
