Vitali Partners EMBRACING A BRANDED HOUSE

A leading provider of healthcare training and equipment, Vitali Partners came to Asen with a brand strategy that involved serving customers through multiple sub brands, despite key similarities. After working with the team to engage customers and develop a marketing plan backed by research, we met to discuss a vital recommendation: transition Vitali from a house of brands (six separate entities) to a streamlined branded house (one “superbrand”).

The Brief

Right away, our team understood the new branded house needed to draw inspiration from elements of their existing sub brands in order to maintain industry recognition; but another important step in the process was reaching new eyes with a strong, modern brand experience.

To position Vitali Partners as one unified company with interconnected sub brands, Asen identified areas of opportunities in the market and realized a key component in achieving this goal would be redefining the brand structure. In condensing the house of brands, there was also a need to consolidate six individually-branded websites into one main site with a separate ecommerce site.

The Solution

Asen collaborated with the Vitali team to develop a fresh, industry-forward identity for the new branded house. This involved updating the logo design for Vitali Partners and each sub brand, creating a strategic color palette, crafting a compelling brand story, and establishing a cohesive brand voice. To ensure consistency as the business grows, Asen also compiled everything into a comprehensive brand style guide.

The focus then shifted to creating modern, user-friendly websites that would leave a lasting impression on visitors. After thorough research into competitive sites, Asen developed layouts, designs, and messaging for both the informational, service-driven site and the separate online store. This approach, combined with enhancements to Vitali’s digital presence, served as the foundation for a successful launch strategy for the new sites and the broader branded house.

Understanding this audience’s desire to connect and help others for the love of life, Asen organized a full-day content shoot at the headquarter offices to capture authentic customer and employee stories through testimonial videos, branded recruitment videos, and lifestyle and product photography.
