A New Era for Asen: Evolving Leadership, Enduring Vision

“If you had told me years ago that I’d one day be writing this blog as a Managing Partner at Asen, I’m not sure I would’ve believed you. I started here as an intern over 16 years ago… I was eager to learn and surrounded by people who genuinely loved what they did. That energy was contagious, and it never left.
Today, I’m excited to step into this new chapter with Stacey DeHart — who also began her journey at Asen as an intern over two decades ago — as Managing Partners for the agency.
We’re humbled and honored to be officially leading the team together, carrying forward a people-first legacy and vision that was instilled in us by Asen’s founder, consultant, and my own personal mentor, Paul Scoonover.”
Where We’re Headed (and Why It Matters)
“This chapter isn’t about changing direction, it’s about adding momentum.
What’s always set Asen apart isn’t just the work, but the way we work. We show up fully for our clients, not just as creative partners but as problem-solvers who understand their goals and care deeply about helping them get there. That mindset has shaped our growth, and it’s driving our next chapter…
For one, we’re actively growing the agency: expanding our team, strengthening our services, and investing in the kind of smart, strategic work our clients count on us for. This includes everything from evolving creative campaigns and refining our digital capabilities to identifying new ways to deliver results in a modern marketplace where trends and tools change every day.
The road ahead is exciting, but it’s not uncharted territory for us. What began as two internships in different departments has since become something much bigger. Stacey and I have both grown up in this agency — side by side, through the many seasons — and now, we have the opportunity to lead the very place that shaped us. That perspective is powerful. It’s a reminder of what’s possible when people are truly empowered to grow.”
