The Goal

After seeing our work for other food brands, Kennedy called on Asen for our ability to provide the website they needed, as well as full-service food marketing. To avoid using multiple vendors for various projects like they had in the past, Kennedy decided Asen is the comprehensive marketing partner for them.

Since this decision, our ongoing cross-team consultation has helped us identify several other key areas of opportunity that will help this parent company achieve individual brand goals AND enjoy comprehensive growth. That’s the goal, after all!

Before any marketing took place, we needed to understand Kennedy’s brand from a 360° angle. Doing so allows us to better resonate with the needs of both their team and their audience.

The Journey

We began our partnership by meeting with their team on their mission, values, and goals. From there, we had a good understanding of what their team wanted to convey in their marketing efforts: food service expertise, inviting brand experiences, and a fun-loving personality!

One Winning Website Coming Right Up!

A great place to start when revamping a brand is with a website. Our web and digital teams collaborated with Kennedy’s team to identify the actions they want online visitors to take. We asked questions like:

  • What do you want potential guests to learn about Kennedy Concepts?
  • What do you believe to be each concept’s greatest selling point?
  • What characteristics do you see shining through in each brand’s personality?

Using their irreplaceable brand insight and our knowledge of the ever-evolving online world, Kennedy’s new site was strategically designed and developed to highlight each concept in its own unique way while providing optimal UX for their visitors and the ability to expand as their family of restaurants continues to grow.

Now, all four concepts have their own brand voice and style, and we honestly can’t choose a favorite! But more importantly, each is drawing in unique attention from audience members looking for a specific taste and restaurant experience in a competitive tourism market.

Truly Photogenic Food & Drinks

In the restaurant industry, people eat with their eyes first. Because of this, our teams realized that Kennedy’s new website (and future marketing material) would benefit greatly from custom, mouthwatering food photography. So that’s just what we did.

When visitors land on their new site, they’ll immediately notice the use of high-quality food photos and motion graphics. Continuously sprinkled throughout each concept page, these photos help differentiate Kennedy Concepts in a crowded industry by presenting their brands as tempting choices for your next meal!

Serving Up Something Special

In addition to creating one powerhouse website featuring all four concepts, Kennedy and Asen saw an opportunity for custom collateral and promotional materials.

Since most restaurants cater to their loyal fans, we knew Kennedy’s marketing collateral and in-store promotions needed to up-sell their current customers and cross promote with their nearby restaurant concepts all with the use of their new branding and tantalizing food imagery.

To accomplish this new gift cards, custom check presenters (complete with comment cards), coupons, and more were developed.

The Results

Together, Kennedy Concepts and Asen built a strategic, user-friendly website, captured delicious new food imagery, and created unique voices for each other their brands. Now, Kennedy is set on a path to comprehensive growth… but it’s only the beginning.

Our team couldn’t be happier to have this growing “brand of brands” on board.
